Our Interdisciplinary Developmental Playgroups are designed and led by therapist providers (physical, occupational & speech therapists) where children learn, move and grow through play.

We offer two separate playgroups for Toddlers to Preschoolers, ages 2-3 years and 3-4 years!

Our playgroups incorporate social skills, regulation, gross motor, fine motor and speech skills into fun and meaningful weekly programs. They offer so much more than a typical playgroup!

Our goal is to create a warm and inclusive space where children can build confidence and develop skills through play, while giving families access to the knowledge and support of experienced therapy professionals. Whether your child has a diagnosis, is navigating developmental concerns or you are simply looking for a supportive environment for guided play and connection, our playgroups are designed to provide families with support, guidance, and connection along their journey!
